1. Send us your inquiry
Contact us per e-mail with your request. Make sure to include as much you can provide to gives us a clear idea of what you are looking for. Measurements, pictures, (technical) drawing. After your mailed us your request, we will contact you for an intake.
2. Intake / Meet
We will make an appointment to talk about you request. This is a free service, as it is necessary for both parties to make your request crystal clear and what is possible to create. We will discuss the production process, estimated delivery time, material options, more. Ask all the questions you need!
3. Quotation
Based on the intake meeting, we will provide you with an quotation based on your request. In this quotation it will be clear how the final prize is concluded. All specific agreements and expectations with the project will be documented. And of course, if you have questions about it, reach out to us! Transparency to you as a customer is important to us. You have the choice to sign and accept the quotation.
4. Production starts
If you accept the quotations, we will get to the job and start making you creation! If per agreement you want in between updates regarding the project, we can provide this. You will always get a notification when your product is ready for postal sending.
5. You receive your custom made creation!
We will make sure packaging is proper and protective enough for your creation. If we send your shipment per mail, it will always be be with a tracking code. After you receive your creation, we hope you enjoy it is as much as it was for us to create!
